It all started when…

I experienced physical and mental burnout in my full-time job. It happens. But how we approach it changes everything.

I’ve always loved and craved movement. In addition to running, yoga was originally a physical practice for me where I could get away from technology and find my focus for an hour each day, but my practice on my mat soon shifted into how I live my life everyday off my mat.

Through yoga, I’ve gained a different view of the world. I set out on each and everyday with an intention in mind. I’ve learned how to balance my emotions, relationships, confidence, career, as well as my physical and mental well-being.
